1 General Terms

3 Account Management

3.2 Account Suspension

32bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or fraud
• Providing false information

• Extended period of account inactivity

3.3 Self-Exclusion

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (1,500 × 10) in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit after being awarded, it may be cancelled
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise

5.4 VIP Program

The 32bet VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 1.0%, and Gold offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can move up to a higher tier based on regular activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

32bet is a fair play-based platform. The outcome of all games is determined by neutral algorithms. Using any unauthorized software, bots, or artificial means to operate games is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting
